Dietary/Nutrition Program
Nutritionally balanced meals, special diets ordered by the physician, and menu alternatives reflecting personal preference, are carefully planned and prepared under the supervision of a Registered Dietitian and the Food Service Supervisor. Nutritious snacks and other nourishments are served in the afternoon and evening. Special holiday meals are prepared, reflective of the occasion.
Meals are served in our five dining rooms in an atmosphere designed to promote socialization and relaxation. Our nursing staff, dietitian, or supervisor are available for assistance and supervision at all meals. Room-bound residents have special tray service and are individually assisted with feeding.
